Environmental requirements

The location of the small CNC lathe should be far away from the vibration source, should avoid direct sunlight and thermal radiation, and avoid the influence of humidity and airflow. If there is a vibration source near the machine tool,anti-vibration ditches should be set around the machine tool. Otherwise, the machining accuracy and stability of the machine tool will be directly affected, and the electronic components will be in poor contact and fail, affecting the reliability of the machine tool.

Power requirements

Generally, small CNC lathes are installed in the machining workshop. Not only does the environmental temperature changes greatly and the service conditions are poor, but also there are many kinds of electromechanical equipment, resulting in large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the position where the CNC lathe is installed requires strict control of the power supply voltage. The power supply voltage fluctuation must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise, the normal operation of the CNC system will be affected.

Temperature conditions

The ambient temperature of the small CNC lathe is lower than 30 degrees, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Generally speaking, there are exhaust fans or cooling fans inside the CNC electric cabinet to keep the working temperature of electronic components, especially the central processing unit, constant or the temperature difference changes very little. Excessive temperature and humidity will reduce the service life of control system components and lead to more failures. With the increase in temperature and humidity, more dust will bond the integrated circuit board and lead to a short circuit.

Standard use

When using the machine tool, the user of the machine tool is not allowed to change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system at will. The setting of these parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each part of the machine tool, and only the value of gap compensation parameters can be adjusted according to the actual situation. The user cannot replace the accessories of the machine tool at will, such as using a hydraulic chuck that exceeds the provisions of the manual. When setting accessories, the manufacturer shall fully consider the matching of various link parameters. Blind replacement causes mismatching of parameters in the various link and even causes unexpected accidents. The pressure of the hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tool rest, hydraulic tailstock, and hydraulic cylinder should be within the allowable stress range, and it is not allowed to increase arbitrarily.
